I have been a part of helping customers in Texas with their credit and financial decisions since 1994. I work closely with several realtors, builders, and investors in the metroplex and have first hand knowledge of the Texas real estate industry.

It is often said, and it is true, that homeownership is the most common way of accumulating wealth in this country. I am excited about the number of people I have started on the path to financial stability by assisting them in the purchase of their first home or an investment property.

I believe that Trust and Honesty are the most important qualities to look for in a mortgage lender, and I pride myself on the levels of both that I earn from my clients. I am dedicated to building the home loan that will best meet your financial needs both now, and in the future, because I know that this decision can affect your financial well-being for a long time.

My flexibility, knowledge and patience separate me from the others in my field, especially on loans that can seem impossible. This is especially important to buyers who may not understand the inner workings of their credit, or have stumbled a few times during the beginning of their financial independence. To a buyer, a knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient Loan Officer is an invaluable resource.

“I have used other loan officers in the past and hands down, Troy’s prompt attention and professionalism has been the best! Thank you Troy for such great “team” support! Your responsiveness and enthusiasm for your work makes my job as a Realtor easier…I take care of the house and you take care of the loan – that’s how a successful real estate transaction should work. Thanks for making it happen Troy!

“The whole process was smooth and easy, especially being out of state. Great job Troy”

“My situation was unique in that I had a strict time line that had to be met or I would lose my property. The details aren't important. What is important is that Troy clearly appreciated the gravity of the situation. His sense of urgency kept him checking daily - sometimes several times per day - with the bank, with vendors, etc. in order to keep things moving. I closed with only two days to spare. My success in getting my new house started on time is the result of Troy's focus and attention to detail.”
