At Paramount Mortgage, our entire staff strives to provide the best possible service to each and every customer. We believe that exceeding our customers’ expectations the first time is imperative. It is our goal to use our extensive mortgage knowledge and experience to make the loan process smooth for each customer. As the Director of Operations, I work very closely with our entire staff to ensure that we are in compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors. We are also constantly researching loan programs, guidelines, and investors to ensure that we can offer the wide range of products available on the market.
Ten years ago after graduating from Texas Christian University, I joined Gary Linville at Paramount Mortgage. I have worked in every possible position within the company including answering phones, marketing, human resources, processing, closing, lender relations, and origination. In the time that I have been in the business, I have seen many changes and feel privileged to be a part of a stable, honest company rooted in customer service and integrity.
In addition, I am an active member of the TCU Premier Frogs alumni association and currently serve on the Fort Worth Kappa Kappa Gamma alumni board as Province Chairman and President-Elect 2010-2011. I also enjoy traveling, scuba diving, shopping, and spending time with my family.
